Thanks to these financial means we are able to extend the knowledge and expertise of our employees and as a result of which we can succeed in the increasingly competitive environment.

We are mainly focused on professional training courses on topics such as programming languages, drawing software, robotics etc. as well as on foreign language courses. Our employees can speak English, German and Russian fluently.

We have been using these funds in the following projects:

• “Education for growth”,

• “Education for growth – adaptability”.

• “Education for growth in Pardubice region II”,

• “Support of vocational education of employees”.

These projects are funded from the ESF – 85 % from the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment and 15 % from the state budget of the Czech Republic.
